Each year we grow a giant garden of our favorite vegetables. Most of our favorite vegetables are old time varieties that people currently call Heirloom. It is with great pleasure that we offer up our favorites for you.

Believed to come from Russia like other black tomatoes, nobody seems to know why its named Japanese. Regardless, its a really great 5oz pear shaped tomato. Its amazing how many fruits these plants produce and it was the last tomato to succumb to frost. The fruits almost never crack. We will always have one of these in our garden.
